COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Linear K2G20-115V-BR-08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wiegmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Welker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watlow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wiegmann such as the BN4100804CHQTSS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB2N050A010D001C000 manufactured by Welker and we are pleased to be able to service most Welker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DC2160S40000 by Manufacturer Watlow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wika Brand 4363146 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as EXSSW70255T5SH1Z equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M20CUUG0 made by Wonst as well as the popular MYUK03UL original spares produced by Weld-aid Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LR11 by Westermo and EXSSW70255T5SH1Z spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSW06070T227ESZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
